How do we begin the booking process?

Let's start this relationship off right! We would love to schedule a consultation meeting with you first and make sure that we are the right fit for each other!

You can begin by requesting a consultation meeting here.

You will fill out some initial contact information and details and choose a time for a virtual call over Google Meet with my manager, Austin Beyer.

How much do you charge?

DJ only packages: $2,200 - $6,600+ (no saxophone)

DJ+Sax packages $2,800 - $7,200+ (w/ saxophone most popular)

Saxophone Only (with your DJ): $1,400-$2,100

DJ+Sax with 9-Piece Live Band: $9,500 - $15,500

Prices are customized per event and depend on variables such as:

Length of event
Location of venue/travel
How many locations/sound systems are to be set up?
Which events will saxophone be included? (Ceremony/Cocktail/Dinner/Dancing)
Lighting (Upgraded lighting is available!)
- Uplights (Up to 10 throughout your venue)
- Hazer/Fog Machine
- Multiple lighting stands set up (One is included)
- Lighting of DJ booth

Are you available on my wedding date?

Please see my events page, where all confirmed bookings are currently published (including PRIVATE EVENTS). I would love to be available for every person on their special day, but I may already be booked on your event date. It's important to book with me early! I would never ask you to move your wedding date, so I will not bring it up in our consultation, but if I am unavailable and you have open availability to move your date, or you haven't booked your venue yet, I would love to look at another date together, if that is a possibility for you!

What is your hourly rate?

We book per event, not "by the hour". All packages cover all planning meetings with Erik, preparation work and set up on your wedding day. Custom pricing is available if you are looking for a package less than a full Wedding Ceremony / Cocktail / Reception! We can discuss these details in our consultation meeting.
